Teresa Wells is responsible for Quality Assurance Performance Improvement, LEAN facilitation and the integration of operations and employee engagement for Jerome Home and Arbor Rose, which provides skilled nursing, residential care and assisted living services to the residents of New Britain and surrounding communities. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and New England Conservatory, with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in violin performance. She pursued post-graduate studies in nursing home administration and licensure at Quinnipiac University. She holds more than 25 years of experience in long-term care, including serving in several administration positions.
